Cultivar Persian Jewels
Propagation Sow direct in Spring (difficult to transplant).
Cultivation Full sun in average soil with excellent drainage. Fertilize monthly
Harvest Cut Nigella when pods reach maximum size and color.
Drying Hang nigella upside down in dry, dark, open, airy place.
Related to the dried flower Nigella Orientalis (well really floral as in seed pod).
